Dean of Students’ Welfare

The committee aims to provide support and assistance to students in various aspects of their academic and personal lives. This includes addressing their concerns, providing guidance, and promoting their overall well-being.

The objectives of the Dean of Students’ Welfare Committee include:

 

1. Enhancing the overall welfare and well-being of students within the academic institution.

2. Providing support and guidance to students in addressing academic, personal, and social challenges.

3. Fostering a positive and inclusive campus environment conducive to students' growth and development.

4. Organizing and coordinating various extracurricular activities, events, and programs aimed at enriching students' experiences beyond academics.

5. Addressing students' grievances and concerns effectively through proper channels and procedures.

6. Collaborating with other campus departments and organizations to promote student engagement and success.

7. Implementing initiatives to promote students' physical and mental health, safety, and security on campus.

8. Advocating for student rights and representing their interests within the institution's decision-making processes.

9. Providing resources and support for student leadership development and involvement in campus governance.

10. Serving as a liaison between students and faculty/administration to ensure effective communication and collaboration for the overall benefit of the student body.
